It’s up to you; the homeowner! You may choose to schedule your window cleaning service before hosting friends at your home, or when you’ll be doing spring cleaning. Most of our customers choose to have their windows cleaned 2-4 times per year. Check out this blog post for more information!

This depends on the amount of traffic that goes in and out, as well as your location. Most restaurants choose to have their windows to have their windows cleaned weekly because they have many visitors (and fingerprints!).

Once you receive your FREE quote we can help you decide the frequency of service that you will need.**Please note that standard service from our company is a minimum of once-a-month service.

While we will work in a light rain, or top priority is our customer’s satisfaction. On a rainy or very cold day, we can clean the inside and come back later to complete the outside.

Remember: rain on a dirty window will leave streams, but should stay sparkling clean on a clean window!

We offer plenty of options: cash, check, or credit card. You will receive a receipt at the time of service. You can then choose to pay at the time, or we can email you an invoice to paid by check via mail or credit card.

You do not need to be home while your windows are being cleaned, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time if you plan to be out.
